This seems to be more of a Mike White problem. He just finished his 6th year, and has yet to have one of his signees actually graduate. 12 of 18 have transferred away from UF to date. Now to his credit, he does decent enough bringing transfers in to at least make tournaments. But can't get anywhere with this kind of exodus happening every year.

The odd thing about White is that he actually is OK in the tournament. He at least gets there every year and wins a game. His problem is that our regular season is boring and mediocre and we get crappy seeds every year. If he wasn't hanging his hat on the tournament he'd have nothing at all.

I actually thought Mike White was a good hire early in his career. He just hasn't seemed to maintain or improve. But then again Cal just won 9 games so shite happens...
