So, I'll be heading to Columbia with some friends of mine for the A&M game this year. Anyone have any suggestions of things to do while we're there?

BBQ sux. Stadium’s I’m the middle of a warehouse district. Fans are among the most obnoxious in all of CFB and don’t know shite about football. Pearlz on Gervais is a decent oyster bar. Stadium has train cars all around, remotely cool’ish. Columbia’s a shitehole, generally.

Well not all of us can hang out in Athens and give our testicles a good lickin' all day long.

Hey, some of us like to lick our testicles, AND visit Columbia for a good time.

BBQ is as diverse as anywhere in the country if not moreso.

Wanna know how I know you're full of shite and have not been to a game here in at least a decade?

Yeah, ummmmmmm, well maybe you need to quit going out of your way to hang out where the crack is sold. Spend more time downtown and less over on Two Knotch cruising for crack hooers and dime bags.

Hey EastTexAg, if you’re coming this far you should plan an extra day and head down to Charleston. Charleston is only 1.5 hour drive from Columbia and it’s a worldclass city with tons to do and see.

Columbia is not bad at all. Fun town. And they finally woke up and figured out that the stadium area can be nice if they just planted some trees.

You're the guy who goes on an away trip with a group and is such a buzzkill you're never invited back. Seriously, Columbia is a football crazy city, has 3 bar districts, a ton of good looking women and it may be the easiest place in the SEC to find good blow. If you can't have fun there it's your own damn fault.

We stayed in Charleston the last time Auburn played the gamecocks. Actually we stayed at Folly Beach, about 10 miles into Charleston.
