He's got a solid class coming in for next season. He seems to be building the program. I say don't give up on him too soon....

The MF has to go. Top 3-4 league talent and this is what he produces. Yeah... frick that guy. That is all.

Really?

You're the MF that needs to go if you're delusional enough to believe that UGA MBB has Top3 or Top4 Talent in the SEC

It is pretty safe to say this team has quit on him. This team, outside one guy, is very limited on talent, imo.

Do you see a bunch of UGA fans agreeing with him?

Not top 4 talent but certainly better talent than 2-9

Sure... I don't think anyone is excusing the performance, but making outlandish statements about talent level when the roster is like 70% freshmen/sophomores, is also silly. It's certainly frustrating to watch, particularly given how some of the problems like turnovers should be fixable in theory... so many of them are just downright sloppy...

Part of me wants to say this is only what? Creans second year and he's a generally sound coach.. But I also saw everything he did at Indiana.

I actually thought that was a game we were going to lose, considering it was in Athens.

Jim Harrick would have made UGA great and beat UK 3 straight times and AT RUPP ARENA for the only time in uga history. That so called scandal was bs and the ncaa basically laughed at it and would have only issued minor punishments but the guys at UK made that phone call and started that and uga athletic dept fell for it.

I remember when almost every sports program at uga was top caliber from tennis, to golf, to swimming, to you name it. My mom insisted that the school has a vince dooley fixation and NO COACH THERE is allowed to have a better record or higher repute than him.

Mom has passed away, but after watching the Harrick debacle, and the Suzanne Yocalan one & then all that total bs kirby NOT SO SMART has embarrased us with, well my moms side is getting really credible really fast.

I always thought uga needed to hire old UGA player and NBA great Vern Fleming as a coach. He did wonders for years for the Indiana Pacers and put them into the playoffs several years there. I will never forget him in that 1983 final four run AFTER Dominique Wilkins had left, and how Fleming led them past North Caroline (WITH MICHEAL JORDAN + DEAN SMITH), then St Johns and only lost finally to Jimmy Valvano and looking back that was actually a good thing.

But Fleming was/is ALOT like Doc Rivers who made a great on court team leader as well as good head coach.

Im gonna stop you right there. UGA beat us once from 1990-2001, in 94 at Athens. So where you get this notion Harrick wouldve waltzed in here during that timeframe and magically won 3 yrs in a row.....stop.
