I have no idea how you can come to that conclusion.
The only thing he confirmed is that he didn't report it to the NCAA and he is pissed off at who ever did (State).

Agreed. I think we've been strung along for a whole lot of nothing from Tracy. Her tweets give no reason to believe she's gonna drop some bombshell on F-Baum's show.
