My thermostat was set at 68. I don’t know if something is wrong with my ac or if it just can’t keep up. It did get to 68 at like 2 am.

Morning all. I’m tired of being hot. My room was 78 last night and I couldn’t sleep.

I legit enjoyed the boat as much as the destinations.
There was a ton to do. We didn’t even see all the shows.

My child hit a parked car. Damage to a 2015 Nissan Rogue estimated at 6k.
Theres some damage to our car too—just cosmetic.
They insisted on going thru insurance so it’s already reported. Is there any benefit to NOT getting the damage on our car fixed, other than not having to pay the deductible?
Or since it’s already been reported, we may as well get it fixed?

It was pretty great. The 2 days it took to get back home, not so much.

The Tractor Fan
Once upon a time there was a young man who described himself as the worlds biggest Tractor Fan, he absolutely loved Tractors his house was decorated with Tractors his bedsheets had tractor prints his cufflinks were little tractors but it wasn't just the image of tractors he loved he loved to read about the history too the different companies and designs and what the future might look like as well.
One day he was reading a tractor news site and saw that there was going to be a massive tractor show, a world expo of all things tractor. He brought a ticket straight away and then had to wait until the big day arrived. On the morning of the opening day of the world tractor expo he was already lining up at the gates to be the first one in, he was so excited.
On entering he orientated himself and decided he was going to check out the new models first. In pride of place at the new models exhibit was the Tractonator 5000 the big newest tractor with all the bells and whistles one could want. As he was standing there in front of it he sort of went into a trance because of just how in awe of this machine he was and unfortunately this meant he didn't notice when the Tractonator 5000 started to roll forward and it ran him over as someone had left it out of gear.
3 years later he awoke he was in a hospital bed but couldn't remember anything. The doctor came in and spoke to him and told him what happened he'd been in a coma after being run over by a tractor. On hearing this news he underwent a visceral recoil to tractors he said to the doctor and himself "I hate tractors, I never want to see another tractor for as long as I live!" The Doctor informed him he was actually quite wealthy now as his lawyers had sued and won. After a couple of days he was released from the hospital but he didn't want to go home and see tractors so he thought to himself what are other men interested in? WOMEN! That's it I'm going to find myself a girl and put my energy into having a family, but where to start he asked himself? What about this bar perhaps there's a woman in here who's up for a conversation. He entered the bar and at the bar was a young woman he approached her and asked if she wanted a drink, sure she replied. After a little chit chat the young woman excused herself to use the loo, he sat at the bar smiling to himself thinking well it looks like things are going to work out.
But just then an alarm went off, the bartender yelled "Fire! Fire! everybody out!" But the smoke was coming from the woman's restroom his new female friend was still inside. Ignoring the pleas of the barman he ran to the woman's toilet and opened the door. Inside was like something from Hades a wall of fire and his new friend caught behind it. He instantly sucked all the fire and flames into his lungs and then ran out to the street where he blew it all out in a huge ball of flame. The girl ran up to his side "wow that was amazing, you saved my life, but how did you do that?"
"It's no big thing... I'm an ex tractor fan!"
