My picks:
1. Louisville
2. Texas A&M
3. Florida
4. Miami
5. Mississippi St
6. Texas Tech
7. Clemson
8. Ole Miss

Edit: A&M's top 25 should be 15-9

Why do people think LSU over OM is so automatic? You could easily pick OM based on the number

OM is an easy target right now if you have to decide who gets shite on.
It's naive to think otherwise.

Only big difference I see is LSU's winning record vs 1-25 vs Ole Miss' losing record vs 1-25 (by one loss tbf).

LSU lost more to teams below those marks, and both teams don't have a "bad loss".

I don't think LSU is automatic over Ole Miss at all so I will be watching the announcements like a hawk. I almost feel like it will be a crime if one is in over the other, but it's in the hands of the committee.

very honest post. I'm actually relieved you didn't try to post all these advantages lsu has when comparing on the field results. lsu has no advantage in comparing seasons. its kick ole miss while you can time. and I can live with that.

LSU is deserving of a national seed more than OM

And LSU's run over the last 3 weeks helps them a lot. It will be close. Whoever doesn't get the national seed will probably get paired up with Texas Tech

Seems like Miami should be ahead of Louisville in the pecking order. Louisville lost too many series for my taste if we are talking about #1 overall seed.

You didn't sweep UL. It was 2/3.

We didn't sweep Louisville. Had to come back on Sunday to take the series. Still not sure how we did it honestly.

Based on host sites, I think LSU probably gets the 4th National Seed, but I don't think either team can be upset if the other does. If either had won on Saturday, that would have sewn it up.

Yeah, we ruined it and gave it to State .

Is it too late for a take back? We'll swap the win in College Station for a win in the tournament

Looked this up and didn't want to start a new thread.

History of the #1 Seed (10 years)
15: UCLA lost in regional final
14: Oregon St lost in regional final
13: North Carolina lost in CWS semi
12: Florida 2nQ in CWS
11: Virginia lost in CWS semi
10: Arizona St 2nQ CWS
09: t.u. lost in CWS finals
08: Miami lost in CWS 2nd Round
07: Vanderbilt lost in regional final
06: Clemson lost in CWS 2nd Round

0% win it all
10% make CWS final
30% make CWS semis
70% make CWS
70% make Supers
100% make regional final

I hope A&M isn't the #1 overall. Give it to Miami or UL.

State won it on their own. We would have just shared it with them.
