Rematches of two teams within the same season: there is like a 94% win rate by the team that lost the 1st time. Its hard to beat the same team twice especially a team like Bama.

I couldn’t be less scared of Bama.

3 fluke TDs caused this game to not be the blowout it should have been.

LSU had 29 fricking first downs and and nearly 600 yards of offense. In Tuscaloosa.

Hey tOHU, I respect Ohio State and love our Ohio boy, but your getting involved in family matters here that you would not understand, but perhaps if you reflect about your rivalry with little brother Michigan, maybe you would. We just don’t want Alabama back tracking into the college playoffs again without earning that right. It’s bad for college football in general. If you take away the fluke 21 points not much of a game really. Next time it. Hold get even uglier.

Unless Aubie beets A1abama, #1 LSU will beat #4 A2abama, and will beat the winner of #2 Ohio and #3 Clemson in New Orleans.

Remember 2007, 38-24. Cajuns think Buckeyes make good aiming points!

Long time ago. tOSU beat Bama in the playoff in 2014 to go on and win a title since then. College football isn’t even the same game now that it was in 07.

Just noticing how scared you guys seem of a team that you supposedly destroyed. Can’t wait to beat LSU in the playoffs. Cheers.

Yep.

If Bama slips in, the committee will absolutely make sure they are matched up against LSU in the semifinal to avoid the chance of another all SEC NC game

There is a chance. Ohio State has two more top ten matchups on schedule.

I don’t think the committee wants an all Sec title game again. If bama is in they will make sure LSU and Bama meet in semis. Imo

Ohio state will not be the number one seed any longer. Not after this week.

Disagree. tOSU is good on both sides of the ball. LSU’s defense is not good.

Not really! You don’t play anybody and besides no Chase Young makes your D even more mediocre

Honestly I’d rather tOSU win out and be #1 on the “eye test”. There’s some retribution for 2012 I’d like to see us lay on Clemson first, that we probably wouldn’t get if they were #2 and #3 with tOSU. Has nothing to do with Bama. We never trailed in the game, and they never posses the ball with a chance to take the lead.

Call it fear, call it PTSD, but I do not want to play Bama/Saban twice in the same year. It is hard to beat the same team twice, much less Saban/Bama with a chip on their shoulder...

Assuming y’all get past Penn State, Michigan, and Clemson, LSU would be happy to kick your arses with former OU QB Jeaux “Eye of the Tiger” Burrow.

Oh the melt when your cast off QB comes back as the Heisman winner and stomps a mud hole in the middle of the Buckeyes arses!

Fear

Aside from their first drive, there was never a moment in that game in which Bama had the opportunity to take the lead.

Nobody is afraid of Bama.

No its not fear so much as tired of their built in advantage. They are an entitled program with a good pedigree and that gets them more advantage than it should. When they lose it on the field, they start making excuses and start lobbying for another shot. They are an entitled, arrogate program that gets more advantage because of their name and they play a soft conference schedule rigged to give them an advantage. Basically the southern version of Ohio State.

No, it wouldn't be.

They would have more fans in Atlanta. You know what I meant.
