For the 5th time in 6 years.

Fell to 8th last year.

Six years in a row the top 10.

Don't move here.

Housing is still pretty cheap too. My fiancee still owns her house less than a mile from the University. She bought it for like $110k a few years ago.

Went for the super in 2019. Was a really nice place, seemed like it was nestled in the mountains. Only curious thing was most of the bars weren't open after the game on Saturday, but I may not have been looking in the right spot.

I think she'd probably list it around $200k this time next year.

Crazily, I’ve never been.
Looking forward to visiting as soon as our respective schools get the game moved from Arlington and back to CS and Fayetteville, where it belongs.

The Dickson Street bars which are "only bars" without restaurants don't usually open until around 4pm. On weekends, Dickson doesn't really start hitting its stride until 10pm. Bars close at 2:00 am, so the kids don't come out until late.

Relative to the coasts and Denver and Austin, yes.

I don't think it's that cheap around here any more. Hard to find anything decent anywhere under high $200s. Most new construction starts over $300k.

The outlying towns still have "good schools". Fayetteville does, too, but they're leftist as hell.

Bentonville schools are exemplary, and the charter school environment here is top notch.

People moving from south Louisiana (or Dallas) with kids could afford a lot more just by buying in a town with good public schools and skipping the tuition.

If she wants to list it for $200k please DM me if it’s that close to Campus. I’ll buy it now and rent it out or flip it and make at least $100k

After you get on a list like this all the shitheads will move there and frick the place up. They are in the process of doing it to Texas. I guess I am one of them since I moved here.

I would not be opposed to my children going to The university of Arkansas. NWA is such a pretty place plus you get SEC football. Hard to beat that. Too bad they struggle to recruit some dudes there.

Once you get out of the urbanized counties, it gets dark red super fast. Trust me. Texas is and always will be Texas. If anything, it’ll be purple like CO

Portland is beautiful but a dump at the same time. It's a weird city.

People go to these now? Where? What are they called?

Graduated from FHS in 2006, and it was public schools or nothing.

All of them were pretty top notch considering its Arkansas.

Sorry, I was a little mistaken. I just looked it up and it looks like it's just over 2 miles from campus. It's in a neighborhood off Weddington
