Well seeing as how this is Bama's 56th SEC title game visit in the last decade I would think your fans would be a little wary of going.

But on the other hand Florida fans might be wary of the arse kicking they got forced into by drawing the short end of the stick known as the 2016 SEC East.

I'll call Alabama at 65% of the fans and Florida at 35%.

Definitely. A lot of my friends from HS are UF grads and they always make the trip. Lots of UF grads in the Atlanta area as well.

Gator fans are strapped for cash. It costs $46 dollars for a bottle of Gatorade at the stadium now.

Times are tough.

Just spilt the costs amongst your section and share the bottle. I imagine fans have done grosser.

I have a wedding I committed to at 5pm Central time in Dallas. But I may not want to watch the 2nd half anyway.

Tickets are plentiful and relatively cheap. You'll find some day of for less than face value. A lot of factors:

-This match up is getting old. This the 9th time these two have met in the SECCG.

-Doesn't seem like Florida fans are too enthusiastic about going to this game.

-I know many Alabama fans that are holding out to go to the game in the Georgia Dome a month from now - CFP Semi-Final. Also possibly the CFP Final in Tampa. Most Alabama fans that travel have been to multiple SECCG (with Florida as opponent as well) and are choosing the CFP games now as budgets aren't unlimited for the majority of college football fans.

Since 2008, big post-season games Bama fans have traveled to:

2008: SECCG, Sugar Bowl
2009: SECCG, BCSCG (Pasadena)
2011: BCSCG (NO)
2012: SECCG (Atlanta), BCSCG (Miami)
2013: Sugar Bowl
2014: SECCG, CFP Semi (New Orleans)
2015: SECCG, CFP Semi (Dallas), CFP Final (Glendale)
2016: SECCG, CFP Semi (most likely Atlanta), CFP Final? (Tampa)

I'll be there, unfortunately.

Joking aside.... I dedicated myself to go to every game this season, can't stop now...

Hopefully we at least beat the spread.

I dunno..but I was just watching The Weather Channel and they were discussing the forecasts for all of the conference championship games.

They get to the SECCG forecast and the chick says she is pulling for the Gators and the guy says, "They have a 0% chance of beating Bama and the weather won't be a factor in whether it's played or not since it's in The Dome."

I was like dayuuuummm!!!! Weather Channel meteorologist just fired shots at Florida!

This should be about the amount of travel from the Gator faithful. Can't blame them really. Look what the Browns get to their games. And they haven't even been able to beat their meat this year. SMH

UF will definitely show up. How long they all remain is the better question to ask, IMO.

Florida fans were few in Tallahassee last weekend. I doubt they are going to Atlanta after that performance.

The gators were playing LSU for the East title, combined with all the B.S. bout the game being cancelled, all the anger, and they returned 4,000 tickets.
