Wasn't the Falcons OL the weak link of their offense? Oh, well. I might as well trust Saban's judgment on this one.

Terrible hire....would take Stud over him and thats saying a lot

No he's a good coach, period. Look I'm as big of LSU homer as anyone, but the guy can flat out coach. Continually hammering everything that a rival does when even when it looks like a positive move, undermines your credibility. Hill and Saban coached together in the past and have a comfort level. Much like Miles and Cameron's comfort level from past association. Two strong hires in my opinion, from two programs that have done a whole lot of "right" in the recent past.

I guess not. The real joke though is that after watching the linked video I believe Barrett Jones is holding!! On a screen - that's just too much.

We get it.

LSU fans have had their feelings hurt in the past few days.

Very apparent.

This is probably why Bama has all of 4 former offensive lineman playing in the NFL. Once they get out from under the safety net of the SEC officials, they can't seem to keep anyone out of the backfield. Then again, they haven't had the luxury of being coached by the great Pat Hill.

Let's be honest. Offensive lines are getting away with holding more than ever in college football. That's why games are so much more higher-scoring now than they used to be. It's not just Bama. It's everybody.
