I hope this isn't a flame because it would be fricking stupid.
The expectations would be to make the NCAA tourney.
And 99% of the LSU fanbase now thinks JJ is a clown and should be fired.

Depends on the player, busts are taken #1 all the time based on perceived potential and measurables.
The tell tail sign of non-busts is they elevate their teams ceilings. That ceiling may be the NIT or a NC depending on the talent around them, not elevating team's ceiling points more towards being a bust. See Jamarcus Russell
