You're still so bent over this shite that you post about a DIII softball player.

Objection! Speculation , your honor.

There has been no report Miller didn't contact police after he learned someone was injured. Nor has there been a report that the police had to identify and contact him.

Just that he was interviewed, was not initially aware anyone was injured, and was completely cooperative.

How about this: did he make a good decision or a poor decision?

What was his poor decision?

h so you're saying the university violated her right to free speech...

False, she signed a code of ethics. The university can discipline how they feel. Dem the rules

My gosh! Some of you people are seriously obsessed with this issue. Ya'll might want to seek some mental help and I am being completely serious.

Imagine spending time looking up an offense by a DIII softball player just so you can compare it to a basketball player who has been cleared by the police and the DA! That is seriously deranged.
MDS is real.

Trying to correlate what this softball player did to Miller's involvement in a crime is about the most ignorant thing I have seen so far today.

Let me guess, you did not actually go to the University of Florida, you are just a tshirt fan.

It sounds like something the University of ALABAMA would have just done. "How they feel."

Shall we compare Miller's cooperation to Cedric Johnson's? Who is the star witness of the prosecution

Exactly. Bama didn’t enforce their code of ethics. Both universities made decisions

Do you mean like when LSU football players were raping all those students and the administration allowed them to continue to play football? That code of ethics?

I don’t think LSU handled it properly either. Both can be true.

You do realize Brandon Miller only went to pick his teammates up. It’s been confirmed.

Plus all I said in this thread was the Florida softball player waived her “freedom of speech rights” when she signed a code of ethics with the university. She has the freedom to flip anyone off, but the university has the freedom to discipline her as well. I mentioned nothing about miller.

They can. But only LSU's administration is facing legal charges that they conspired to cover up reports of sexual misconduct and dating violence.

Only LSU, in that lawsuit, has seen seven women file a federal class-action lawsuit against Louisiana State University, its leadership, athletic fundraising arm, and several top administrators, alleging they conspired to cover up the women’s reports of sexual misconduct and dating violence, discriminated against female students and deprived them of their rights.

Now, that's when the University's "code of ethics" gets real.
