He’s setting up office in Bryant Denny Stadium!

He’s now the new and first GM of Alabama Football.

I would be very nervous if I was college football these days.

Nick can do all the things he did before (recruiting, etc) while not having to deal with the daily 14 hour grinds everyday.

Reminds me of Pat Riley

That’s the best part

Your coach isn’t even in charge

You do realize Saban hovering over the program is probably going to be a problem, right?
No one wants the old guy coming in and telling he “how he does it”.

I hope he hovers over Deboers shoulders and kills the program

Yeah, who wants to have the greatest college coach to ever take the field around to give advice?

Dipshit barner.

So, you want someone not on the coaching staff recruiting? How many Level 1 violations you rooting for?

This should scare you. I shouldn’t have to explain why.

He reminds me of a “pat” alright, and it ends in “dye”.

Prepare for 20 years of wondering if your coach is even allowed to coach, gumps

I don't think that's the case in terms of his duties.

That usually doesn't work well and I doubt Saban would do that as I'm sure he would've hated it if he'd had to put up with something like that when he was coaching.

He'll be there in an advisory role when asked for it.

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.

Job description;
1. Keep the Danielson propaganda machine churning
2. Double contributions received from those idiots in the REC
3. Begin a Nick Saban Academy of Refereeing so they can be shown how to hide the cheating better
4. Weekly off the radar meetings with the SEC to make sure they understand the value of Bama football

If Nick Saban is setting up an office in the building it’s for benefitting Nick Saban.

He probably needs to set up some office of control to avoid ramifications for his actions.

Set up an office in the stadium, sounds like a rat to me.

I do realize that Nick Saban is not the person all y’all think he is. He enjoys seeing people succeed in life, coaching, etc. more than seeing his own self succeed.

As long as he doesn't turn into Jerry Jones.
