No image "clearly shows" Jones touching the ball, you're either delusional or outright lying.
Even Roll Bama Roll agrees:
That place is trash, the only decent people are in the comments so I'm unsure why you are quoting them as an authority on anything.

That said, the SEC said Jones had no impact on the call.
It was just a bad call, no big deal. Not sure why Alabubba fans struggle with that.
I don't care what the SEC said. The call was correct either way. You can cry about who got what wrong and why, in the end the correct call was made.

2003 FSU game, AKA The Swindle in the Swamp. But it helped lead to replay review in 2006.

2009 Ark at Florida, the fix was in for Tebow and company from the start. Even the announcers were shocked.
Alabama ended it. I guess it was prepayment for Arkansas's help in 2015.

Everyone is welcome to their opinion.

Hey now, don't forget the help y'all got from UF in 2015 too.

74-72 was pretty bad. 2006 Auburn though was a complete joke. IIRC they called a PI and announced it and then reconvened and reversed the call. Only time I’ve ever seen that shite happen.

For A&M there’s a few in my mind but I have to say the 2011 Texas game. On that last drive for Texas to win the game the refs threw a flag for a BS personal foul hit on the sideline to allow Texas to get past mid field to hit the GW FG a couple of plays later. Now we shouldn't have let little McCoy run past our defense but if the refs hadn’t thrown that flag maybe that play wouldn’t have happened.

They must be waiting patiently for round ball.

What is more important? If the call is correct, or if the reason the call is made?
If you are given a multiple choice question on a test, and you give the right answer even though your reason for coming to that answer is wrong, does it mean the answer is wrong?
At the end of the day, it was the right call. If you doubt Julio touched the ball, then watch the entire thing here. Go to 1:05 and you can see him touch it over and over as the keep looking at Peterson's feet instead of the ball.
It was even reviewed.

Again, I see no clear proof that Julio touched the ball.
You're actually one of the few (maybe the only) people I've ever spoken with that 100% insists he touched it.

It's very clear in the video. If you just want to pretend otherwise, then not much else to say about it.
I doubt most people even remotely remember the play beyond Gary focusing on the wrong part the entire time.

I'm actually shocked you're pretending that there's clear evidence of Julio touching the ball, honestly.

I immediately thought of the 2001 Auburn/Vanderbilt phantom touchdown! Thank goodness it turned out not to matter.

I'm not mad about it. Bad calls happen, sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug.
