It’s just business. You’re being paid x amount and produced y (shite in terms of the o line). We as the new staff think you’re evaluated/worth less based on product. Take a pay cut and stay or leave and see your options (including LSU once they weigh their own options)

Just finished breaking my back on a power wheels assembly. It really wasn't too bad other than my wife throwing away the box that had the back axel still in it. That took about 20 frustrating minutes to figure out
