they have looked average on D against terrible offenses. at least we looked great against a terrible offense, and then porous against probably the best offense in football

Nobody, not even LSU, can stop the Manziel that showed up yesterday. The guy that showed up yesterday is the best offensive player in the history of college football and that isn't hyperbole. He had more yards PERSONALLY than any Nick Saban coached defense has ever given up to any team.

You aren't so much better than Bama on defense that you could stop what he did yesterday.

I see the corndogs even get liquored up on Sunday. That is what I see in this thread. If Bama cannot stop TAMU, then LSU certainly will not. End of story.

Nobody has had the success against HUNH offenses that LSU has had, including Bama.

Chavis has smaked around Oregon, Gus Bus, Holgerson, and Sumlin in the last few years.

So no, that is not the end of the story.

Its not that we will shut Manziel down. The way chavis coaches our defense we do not need to shut anyone down. We play a bend but do not break defense with applying pressure to the quarterback. Lsu does not allow the big play and consistently pressures, wears down offenses to force them into mistakes, turnovers, and punts. Manziel may throw for 300 yards against lsu but he will not have more than 3 td passes and they will need a lot more than that to beat lsu b/c A&M's defense is atrocious. It is really one of the worste defenses I have ever seen.

The demise of Bama's D has been greatly exaggerated. Just like the O was last week..

You do realize that eastern Carolina has 2 yards less than Bama against va tech, right?
You also realize that you scored 4 more offensive points than Easter Carolina, right?

Nah, LSU can't stop Aggie if Bama couldn't do it.
yeah because last year when Bama couldn't stop A&M , LSU couldn't either. You're an idiot.

Holy shite. Eastern Carolina gave them all they can handle. They has 2 less yards than Bama did. Tcu would beat va tech. Va tech is garbage.
