Remember when the 1st pod format was created last year? WHICH game got the axe & which was kept?

Hell, if they do 1-7, DSOR is AGAIN removed from being annual.

I haven't kept up with much of the what ifs and scheduling that's been thrown out regarding expansion.

DSOR has to stay. That's all there is to it.

The latest was split between 1-7 (Ala.-Aub., UGA-Fl.) & 3-6 (which WOULD keep DSOR...but brings up the whole 9 game issue of 5H/4A & 4H/5A rotation)

Interesting, most of those did not even make the top 12 Most Watched Games last season

Rivalries have nothing to do with TV viewers across the country. Thats for bowls and the CFP.
They have to with those 2 schools fanbases.

When UGA-Florida play or Bama-UT discount the rest of the nation and just see how many folks from those four states watched.

Replace with TX-AR

Or Tex-LSU if that won't work out.

Oklahoma/Texas/Louisiana/Ark

Their non-directional, non-mechanical state schools should play each other every year if they are going to be in the same conference.

If LSU hadn't interrupted the Tulane series in 1997, and continued playing them every year, it would be at 117 games. That's a rivalry I miss.

Forced rivalry doesn't turn out good.
