For 4 years we’ve all agreed that Mond was slightly above average so it’s not a huge leap to say we might stay even at that spot or even improve with a rookie

How many teams have said this and then wandered in the darkness for years....lol.

Guess we'll have to hire Hugh Freeze or Lane Kiffin then

Probably, 2021 is going to suck for LSU football.

You aren’t in the SEC yet, pumpkin. Go sit in the corner and try to make sure Kansas doesn’t beat you this season. Mmmmmkay?

All LSU posts on just about all topics are A&M related.

Obsession. Has been particularly strong of late.

If auburn wasn't a habitual bottom dweller, they wouldn't make all the other teams look so good. And some of you aubs complain about your strength of schedule. Because auburn has become the runt of the SEC, everyone else should be complaining because with you on their schedule, makes their SOS look worse.

Well, he's just pointing out that one of your fans apparently took umbrage.

Arkansas could beat Texas and/or Texas A&M this year.

I actually agree with this. I believe super seniors returning has the potential to do a lot of upsets this year. And Arkansas isn’t going to be a cakewalk.

You realize Arkansas plays at least 5 other teams much more relevant than texas right?
You realize that Arkansas posters comment more about their game against Texas than those other 5 teams combined, right?

Honestly, I think ULL takes the first week. ULL is tougher, more experienced, and Napier is a great offensive coach. And Arkansas, Texas is going to find out just how much their lack of depth in the front seven is going to be a liability

I also think they start 0-2. Possibly 1-1

Why do you think that Texas lacks depth in the Front 6/7? Texas will play out of a 2-4-5 base defense and has 24 guys that should be able to fill out that front 6/7.

Defensive Line
.9706 Alfred Collins (So) 6’5 302
.9473 Vernon Broughton (R-Fr) 6’4 306
.9468 Keondre Coburn (Jr) 6’2 346
.9025 Myron Warren (So) 6’2 285
.8884 Moro Ojomo (Jr) 6’3 286
.8863 Bryon Murphy (Fr) 6’1 297
.8735 T’vondre Sweat (Jr) 6’4 335

Defensive Edge
.9444 Prince Dorbah (R-Fr)
.9058 DJ Harris (Fr)
.9016 Jordon Thomas (Fr)
.8900 Jacoby Jones (Sr)
.8833 David Abiara (Fr)
TRSF Ray Thornton (Sr)
TRSF Ovie Oghoufo (Jr)
TRSF Ben Davis (Sr)

Linebackers
.9737 Demarvion Overshown (Sr)
.9475 Ayodele Adeoye (Jr)
.9313 David Gbenda (So)
.8944 Terrence Cooks (Fr)
.8933 Morice Blackwell (Fr)
.8856 Marcus Tillman (Jr)
.8701 Jaden Hullaby (R-Fr)
TRSF Devon Richardson (Jr)
WALK Luke Brockermeyer (Jr)

I’m not sure what the depth chart is going to look like yet, but that’s a lot of beef up front. We had some holes at the Edge position, but we recruited 3 freshman and 3 from the transfer portal to help solidify the position.

I’m more worried about our secondary, even though there is a lot of talent back there. I think the Texas defense has the potential to be really good this year. We shall see if the coaches are as good as I think that they are.. the talent is there.

Two things: 1.) that's entirely too many words for you to expect an aggie to be capable of reading, and 2.) of course they think we're going to lose. Rooting vicariously through other teams against Texas is all they have considering their pathetic head-to-head record against Texas (in literally every sport sans women's soccer)
