Not sure why he wasn't just removed. Drunks cause less of a spectacle than this disgrace.

I would argue for the right of the fan. Look at the flip side when coach rat face stopped a game to have a rival fan thrown out of the rivals arena. LINK. Look at the floor, it was not his arena but the kids (Miami)

I never see coach K throwing a**hole duke fans out of Cameron!

Sounds like old people that tell folks to sit down and quit yelling at football games.

I would agree with you and that is probably the only reason he was not made to stop or removed from the stadium altogether. However, it takes a Class A a-hole to keep doing something that he knows annoys so many people on so many levels.

My understanding is he was not removed because he did not back down to ESPN using the cops to "persuade" him. Again, the flip side is the kid at Miami. I wish he had stood his ground and told coach K to go F*ck himself as it was Miami and the kids house, not Duke's.

If coach K played the hump and asked the the cops to silence some State fan I would hope the fan would tell him to go to hell.

Coach K seems like a guy who has not been told to go frick himself nearly as much as he should have been throughout life.

Some folks carry it way to far on both sides though. People that think you shouldnt be cheering at all are a bit ridiculous...just stay at home if that is the case and the ones that are loud and obnoxious A-holes just to be loud and obnoxious A-holes (Vandy whistle guy), I don't get the point of that either.

If the rows of people in front of me are standing up, I'm going to be standing up. I'm there for the game so I'm not going to forfeit my view but if I can see sitting down, I'm going to make it a little easier for the folks around me...especially older folks and kids. Of course, I'm a decent human being which, of course, is not a prerequisite of attending any college sporting event.

As a West Point grad who also played for Bobby Knight I highly doubt that. I honestly will never understand why people don't like him. You may not like Duke basketball, but I don't see why anyone wouldn't respect the hell out of Coach K.

With Bobby, you saw him coming and you could at least respect that

With K he whines from afar so many time you just lose all respect.
