You beat us in a game. Great.

haha is head to head matchups not the way to determine who is better? We absolutely dominated yall and proved to the whole nation who was better.

We went to the SECCG... again. You had your chance and shite the bed two weeks in a row.

yeah, UGA doesn't know about playing two top 10 teams on the road back to back

if you hadnt lost to clemson, you would be right where we are. thats what he is saying and he is correct. once again, end of the year rankings arent much really, only to look back and see how wrong everyone was in august

1. Alabama
2. Texas A&M
3. Oregon
4. Ohio State
5. Georgia
6. Notre Dame
7. South Carolina

Ranked 5th in the country? Such hate. Such animosity. Such bigotry. Can't we all just get along?

Here's a pre-season ranking that should soothe your jimmies:

1. Alabama
1(tie). Texas A&M
1(tie). Oregon
1(tie). Ohio State
1(tie). Georgia

Best SECCG in history. Upset about the loss? Damn right... especially after the MNC was a walkover, but hardly could call that shitting the bed

UGA played admirably in the SECCG but when push went to shove UGA shite the bed.

It is only a single cross section of an entire season. On Saturday, October 6, 2012 you were the better team. Congratulations. We played better down the stretch. You didn't... just how it worked out. More impressive bowl game. Better showing in the SECCG... oh wait. You didn't play in that one.

We don't make the SEC schedule ourselves... Sucks to be a cock I guess?

If it sucks so much what does it feel like being beat down by them? And having a QB that is 0-3 vs them?

Losing a game ? shitting the bed... that's just typical SECr douchebaggery. Alabama was the better team and expected to win going into it. They had a better offensive line and were expected to run the ball down our throats and did just that. Not sure why we couldn't figure out how to adjust but sometimes that's just the breaks.

About the same as it does to have two consecutive SECCG appearances?

The way UGA managed the time in the last drive = shitting the bed. Wasn't UGA up 21-10 late in the 3rd? = shitting the bed.

You realize you just admitted that making the SECCG twice in a row feels the same as losing to us 3 times in a row right?

your schedule was a joke. UGA's only good win was against UF.

not to mention, Kentucky took yall down to the wire.

I was saying if yall had our schedule, you wouldn't have been in Atlanta.

The time management on the last play was questionable but you can't call it shitting the bed. If it's tipped but Conley doesn't catch the ball they still have one more shot. Because I disagree with the playcall or the decision not to spike doesn't equate to shitting the bed. Therein lies your problem.

Shitting the bed is not showing up prepared. Like we did against you. Or you guys did against UF. Or UF against Louisville. Losing that game to LSU probably wasn't shitting the bed either but mostly just giving back as good as I get. Losing a lead to a superior team happens. Bama had already shown that they have the ability to come back. No one argued that UGA was better than Bama... just that we had a shot, which we did.

Yep... accurate statement is accurate. I don't really allow the play of 18-23 year old men dictate my overall demeanor or level of happiness. At least not for very long. More power to you if dudes can do that for you.

Gotta love the offseason...

You said us beating Bama was the sole reason for our high rank. Besides multiple other reasons, your losing to Clemson helped us get there, that's all.

Credit where credit is due. Rankings aren't based on one game though...

Point to your significant wins. I'll save you the time. UGA... and if you want to count them I'll give you Clemsux (though I'd imagine you wouldn't give them the credit ) So the only difference in impressive wins is your permanent OOC opponent. Ga Tech played in the ACC conference championship and nearly won FWIW.

Ahem... glass houses... Vandy and UT called.

It's all cyclical. In the early 2000's we still made it even with top Strength of Schedule rankings... just for fun: All Time Strength of Schedule rankings including 2012

Additionally, if I sort the last 10 years by "schedule points" which I'm assuming is the system used here... UGA is on top with 481+ pts... LINK followed closely by Stanford at 480.

yeah, but you UGA fans think like we have absolutely no business being ranked in front of you, when in fact we do because of our game and we ended up with the same # of losses.

hell yeah I count Clemson as a significant win. they are an 11 win team and we beat them handily in their house with our back-up QB.

everyone knows the ACC sucks besides FSU and Clemson.

those links are great and all, but you still seem to misunderstand that my point was only pertaining to this past year.

I get the schedules are cyclical.

Yeah a back up QB and a back up RB went into an 11-win team's stadium and beat them by 10. A team that would go on to beat LSU.

Oh and people ran us down for barely getting past @Vandy. Considering our starting QB went out, they dubbed us their "Super Bowl" and they went on to win 9 games and finish in the top 25? That win wasn't big but I think it was a more respectable win than it may have 1st appeared.

Ahh, you're just biased because you went there for a short time.

Everyone else knows FSU sucks.
