This is what people say when they know they won't get one.

We all spend 9 months wishing it was football season and then when we get a chance to watch our team play someone, sometimes a good someone, we call it meaningless. All games matter and should be celebrated. More football is a good thing

I thought their SEC schedule was over with.

Every SEC fan should be cheering for the (either?) SEC representative to draw Cincinnati in the playoff.

Both UGA and Alabama would end that shite, this season, in a hurry.

Quite a few UGA fans here told me they didn't matter...

Can’t speak for them, but I meant what I said. I heard quite a few Gators say the same after last years bowl.

I agree, but the players have made them meaningless. Too many opt outs come bowl season.

Cincy in the playoffs. I see they are expecting chaos to ensue.

With how much the committee hates the Big 12, I don't think Cincinnati needs much (or any) chaos at this point. It would be hard for a 1-loss Big 12 champion to jump Cincinnati. It would also be unlikely that a 1-loss ACC champion jumps Cincinnati.

You're likely looking at a playoff consisting of Georgia, Oregon, Ohio State, and Cincinnati. Obviously, a 1-loss Michigan State or Michigan would take Ohio State's place if they were to win the conference.

If the Big Ten doesn't produce a one-loss champion or Oregon loses another game, I think that's how a 2-loss Alabama finds their way back into the picture.

My guess would be Music City Bowl with State going to the Texas bowl. Arkansas fans would go to the MCB. State fans would go to the Texas bowl. Leach would show up in a pirate outfit and drink rum on the sideline. All would be well with the world.

Makes more sense. State went to the MCB in 19 and have been twice in 10 years.

How the heck you know Alabama will lose 2 games? Stop right there! You are so narrow sighted! Alabama is the one I believe will get the division and beat UGA in the SEC championship game.

Outback - Kentucky vs Iowa

Wouldn’t mind this but Penn State would be great.
