That was a assume runner up season Kirby had. What a waste of talent. Hope you also enjoy the last two arse whippings Coach O gave Kirby head to head .

O is better. Jimbo has won at Florida State before he ran their program into the ground, he's not there anymore either. Orgeron is successful now, has won titles this year and is recruiting better than Jimbo. He's the better coach. Acc is a joke. Orgerons LSU team would have kicked the shite out of Jimbo's fsu team btw. Geaux tigers.

Not really a rivalry.

Just an unstable little man who takes this place way too seriously.

That’s not how you look at it. You have to do first 4 years, since Kirby’s only been coaching for 4 years.

Why should LSU fans worry about what Ed O did at Ole Miss?

Saban never finished better than 5th in the Big 10 in his first 4 years as a Power 5 coach. I doubt Alabama fans are concerned about that.

Since being named the interim LSU head coach on Sept. 25th, 2016, Ed Orgeron is tied with Dabo for the most wins vs year-end AP Top 10 teams.

O inherited a greatly more talented squad and is 1 - 1 against Jimbo as a HC.

That said, Jimbo is very rapidly closing the gap in talent. Draw whatever conclusions you want to about that.

According to 247's talent composite rankings, A&M had the fourth-most talented roster in the SEC this year behind Georgia, Alabama and LSU. It was ahead of Auburn and Florida, who he finished behind this year.

I'm not sure if you're being serious. Are you seriously comparing Orgeron's first 4 years at Ole Miss with the talent he had vs. Smart at UGA with their talent?

Saban's first 4 years he went 28-18-1....and we clearly know Saban is better than Smart.

Kirby is at a school loaded with talent, recruits well yearly, and the state is a hot bed for talent. Yet, he still hasn't won a National Title...with 2 blowout losses to Orgeron. Richt won a lot of games for a great many years and y'all ran him out of town for doing so without winning a title. So far, what has changed?

AT the end of the day, nobody cares about just winning games, they go into the season to win it all. Orgeron just did that and Smart is still looking to do so. You think Oklahoma is happy to make the CFP yearly but never winning a CFP game? Absolutely not, I'm sure they want a national championship to show for it. UGA has a much easier path than LSU on a yearly basis and have no excuse for not winning one yet.

And Jimbo has done exactly WHAT as an SEC head coach??

Well, in his first 2 seasons, he has 70% more wins than Ed did in his first 3.
