Hard to pick against Lsu or UT based on talent alone. I am really bullish on this A&M team. I like UF a lot too. From the ACC Wake is my pick to make a run. I think we'll get a first-timer in maybe Southern Miss or GCU (picked preseason, check an earlier thread).

We were ranked #1 early season but yeah we sucked most the season until we caught fire. We are picking up where we left off.

Southern Mississippi would not be a first timer. Their pitching bullpen looks as strong as last year.

Anything can happen and it’s early. I think LSU, Arkansas, Florida WILL be Omaha teams. Tennessee on pitching alone should make it. OM, A&M and Vandy wouldn’t be shocking at all. Any of Auburn, Bama, or SC could be last year’s Auburn. Anyone else would be a surprising and fun story.

Ole Miss as a national seed was a perennial no show.

We got back all of our injured arms and added talented depth on the mound. Brought in some offense from transfers and added a great hitting coach that got rid of the analytics of the angle of the ball crap
