You should do it by the time he has been at Alabama as well, not just overall.

But this is supposed to be an ode to Coach Saban. Not Alabama.

Most don’t know the difference.

I understand, but just like Coach Bryant, Coach Saban reached his stride when he finally came to Alabama
Edit to add- Alabama is a unique place. It makes bad coaches good, good coaches great, and great coaches legendary.

Mike Dubose: great at running a program in to the ground
Mike Price: great at using university credit card on strippers
Mike Shula: great at getting the team through the mess that the previous Mikes started.
All great at getting fired.
That's all I got though

true
But Bubose had a 10 win season, and won an SEC title
Shula had a 10 win season
Price, well Price got laid........

In essence you can take the McDonald's drive-through window guy and he could win 10 games at UAT (ie Mike Dubose and Bill Curry both won a SEC championship at UAT).

Have you added UFs win over LSU when Saban was there? In 2003 LSU won the NC and the only loss was to Ron Zook's Gators

No, he reached his stride when he went from MSU to LSU as evidenced by LSU's 2003 title.
I know you want everything to be about Alabama, but LSU made Saban.

I think we already knew he was the goat. Just has to stay off his cell phone will on vacation.

Saban lost 3 or more games 4 of his 5 seasons at LSU.
Saban lost 3 or more games 2 of his 11 seasons at Alabama.

That one is included. I edited the OP to remove Florida's Michigan St loss since MSU had an interim at the time of the bowl game.
