Did you venture out of the south side? What was missing? I grew up in new kent county. Southern as heck.

I just always considered VA to be in the mid-atlantic, and not Southeast. I consider the SE to be AR and LA east, TN and NC south. TX I always considered SW. Granted their largest city is closer to being SE than SW.

Other than Colonial Downs, what reason would I of had to go to New Kent. I tried my best to stay out of Henrico, and only went DT for dart matches in the Bottom.

This is actually a pretty good idea. Until Slive indicates he is currently talking to reps from OOC schools...

Ok. Virginia has a bit of everything.

South side was not my fav place. Too new and sprawling at the time.

You wouldn't. Too rural. Colonial downs wasn't there when I was growing up.

I can understand that. I moved there in 96 and it has grown a lot since I moved there, and it had already been built up fairly well, but for me, Richmond is the smallest city(metro) I have ever lived in.

As does Missouri.

18 country region called Little Dixie, not to mention countless other facts... you're just ignorant, that's all.

I chose not to bother. We aren't going to change the Rants preconceived notions without them ever having been to the southern regions of missouri

I don't want those arrogant pricks in the SEC. They'd want a home game every Thanksgiving (which the Big XII is assisting them with) and to be catered to. I hear people bitch about Bama and probably rightfully so; but I'd take Bama getting treatment than have Texas.

I doubt Texas could even be an option till the LHN is gone, unless all profits went into the SEC pool to be divied out. Could anyone see them wanting to get the same money as Vandy from the LHN.

Then I'd kick out Kentucky and Missouri in order to add Texas and Oklahoma.

Finally kick out Mississippi State to add Duke.

Hell no to Texas!

Auburn gets kicked out Bama and Georgia leave. If Bama and Georgia go Tennessee and Florida will go as well. Then in 1 move you've gotten rid of the core of your conference. Yeah that seems like a really smart move.
