Dan has a policy that he doesn't discuss or disclose injury information to the media. Well tonight Brad Locke of the NE MS Daily Journal (Tupelo) asked Dan about injuries.
Dan got pretty Ticked about it and almost walked out.

How about those injuries, Danny?

Let's hope he doesn't overreact like this during the season after tough losses.

I don't understand the policy. Any reason why he doesn't talk about them?

He needs to learn proper injury coach-speak from ole Chiz. If a guy is just kinda sore, he's nicked up. If a guy has a minor injury that will cause him to miss a game or two, he's nicked up. If a guy has a season-ending injury, he's nicked up.

He feels that if opposing teams know about certain injuries to players they may gameplan for us differently giving them an edge to exploit our injuries.
As the other poster said, Dan got this policy from Urban Meyer

Hard to see why others around college football are turned off by him.
He acts like a scorned 5-year-old by all the TSUN crap, and now he's offended by injury questions? I think the guy's a decent coach, but his ego's freakin' ridiculous.

Or ANY team in the NFL. Thats how its done. Put a CB with a hammie out there and guaranteed, the offense is gonna throw there.
Nevertheless, it is not game week. Moo State starts losing and those same reporters are gonna barbecue his nut sac.

Because a coach who was eventually made to quit by the SEC is whose footsteps Mullen should be following in.
But Mullen and Meyer seem like two jerks that were cut from the same mold, so not the least bit surprising.

This is very true. The same could be said of many coaches.
