You give up 500 yards to Troy. Oh we we're playing 2nd and 3rd team players to build depth. So I can just assume your 2nd team players are just plain garbage.
You give up over 200 yards on the ground against UT. Oh we were selling out to stop the pass. Well I guess I can assume again that your front 7 is horrible.
You give up 350 yards against South Alabama and over 300 yards to Middle Tennessee. Oh we play a bend but don't break defense.

I think you know why they are 1-6. You can recruit all the high-end talent you want but if you can't coach them and develop them it won't bring you Ws on the football field.
Not only that, but Auburn has one of the worst retaining records in all of college football. They have lost so many players due to arrest, grades, transfers, etc.
