It ain't hard to be a 3rd level SEC team.
That's about what I'd expect of the best non P-5 team.

They are a 5 loss team I'm the SEC

It appears they would have great difficulty with an SEC schedule. Remember they have had a month to prepare. They face SEC talent week in and week out and this team would lose 3 games minimum.

I no longer “think” that.

Cincy looks undersized on defense. So yes, they would struggle.
And depth would be a huge issue with an SEC schedule.

Most likely a 5-7 team in the SEC

Play a full SEC schedule and get back to me. It's one thing to heal up and plan for a few weeks and another to play it week in and week out.

Compete, sure.
Compete for titles?
Not a chance.

Cincinnati would be middling in the SEC, they would be right there with the Auburn, Texas A&M, and Florida's, win maybe 6, maybe 7 games a year on average..

Bama is weak. Like the Ukraine.

They could beat Bama like the Aggies did and still lose 2-3 games.
