I do. Last set of (big boy) football games until the next Fall. Gotta get as many as I can in.

I think so, 8 is about all you can take seriously. It's coming. Unfortunately, it will be a lot like the SEC on CBS TV contract, it will just take a few years.

Looks an awful lot like a William Taylor post.

think they will be especially fun this year. No Out of conference games during the regular season will give us a good idea of how strong each conference was.

This is why I have zero problems with my MSU Dawgs going to a bowl at 3-7 or 2-8. I want to see us OOC.

Georgia needs as many live reps on offense as possible going into the 2021 season.

Nope. 4 teams is the correct number.

I would think that the Vols, of all teams, could use the 20 extra days of practice.

They are glorified exhibition matches.

I mean for the vast majority of all CFB teams the same is true after a typical week 6 when teams aren't playing for any post-season national or conference title. And, many more have that feeling from week 1.

At the end of the day, it is football. The players don't feel that way. They have pride and a want to perform well.

I typically prefer the bowl matchups that do a decent job of creating good matchups to the shite non-P5 OOC matchups, weak P5 OOC games, and boring in conference televised mismatches.

Almost every matchup between #1 and #4 has been a blowout. Why would #1 verses #8 be good?

Before the BCS or the Playoffs only 1 or at most 2 games determined the National Champions. What has changed? The bowl games never mattered a whole lot outside of the one or two games. BUT, it was always interesting to watch two really good teams you normally did not see play face off against each other.

Agreed. A loss is just another negative stat in the history books.
