Might make a good backup to Reed and clearly the horns aren’t going to use him.

He’d start for A&M. Arch was throwing picks under duress yesterday. Marcel just throws em for the love of the game.

Problem for y'all is, "duress" for Arch is facing an FBS opponent.

Welcome to SEC most of the season you’re playing under duress.
I think yall are having locker room issues.

There was no one near him for 2 picks

He should start for you. Except your coach is a moron.

Nah, try harder. Marcel isn’t turning the ball over as much as you’re exaggerating. Don’t play with the football gods again. You guys never learn to be humble.

Florida had a 59.5% pressure rate yesterday on Arch. To put that into perspective, that arse whooping the Georgia gave Texas last year was in the 30’s.
You play under duress in the SEC, but not like that. Quinn wouldn’t have scored if he was at the helm yesterday.

So Florida was just playing out of their mind yesterday?
I watched the game. Arch was missing open throws badly. Very badly. Even when he had time. Which I’ll admit was not often. His second interception was behind and over the top of the receiver.

No we are good. Y’all can keep your QB room and we will keep ours.

He has 3 INT’s in 5 games.
Not ideal, but hardly a pick machine.

I can't imagine any player on our offense not being disgruntled at this point. The locker room will start to fracture after a few more games like yesterday.
and there will be more of them.

The horns message board is some funny shite. Texans overreact to everything. Like A&M fans that talk smack. I wouldn’t do so until getting to nine wins so 8-4 is an impossible task

Seeing the same problems on offense, going on 3 years now, is not an overreaction.
Although blaming arch for the problems with this team could be considered just that. It's probably just horn fans coping rather than having to admit our issues start at the top. It's easier to just blame one player.

Arch has tools but isn’t getting coaching. He’s not the second coming. He is at best a decent QB that might get drafted. Or might not.

We aren’t seeing what the team sees all week and I’m curious what’s going on. But they might already be on Team Caldwell for all we know. I’ve also noticed that, unless it’s a TD or big play, the team doesn’t really get around Arch. So that makes me question things. And he doesn’t really command leadership from what I’ve seen.
I think Sark leaving Manning in at the start of the 4Q was a mistake. Nothing was working and he was shaken. And at that point in the game you gotta do something to shake up the offense.
If defenses start using a safety spy Arch (which I absolutely think should happen), and sill blitz, then the Texas offense will be an even bigger mess.

That’s just a hilarious comment for multiple reasons…..

I didn't know who that was until I read this thread.
