I see no issue from the NFL side because at this point, they are treating these two as college players and they will now have to wait until next year. The SEC was treating these two players as NFL players.
If anything, I think they have a case against the NCAA, the SEC and Stankey. The NCAAs notification of the 5 for 5 for that class was after the deadline, so their choice was made prior to. The SEC and Stankey made their own rule, therefore blocking them from returning for their last year and thus, causing them NIL money and/or employment opportunity.
Either one should just go to any school they can and get PAID.

You guys are ignorant as fck. Kiffin didn't tell these guys to sue. This was started in Colorado and then Texas. Do you think Sankey feels remorse because he is the reason they aren't playing? If not Sankey then the old piss and bama administration for being the biggest behind the scenes pieces of sht for pushing the SEC/Sankey.

Why should anyone have remorse for changing jobs and moving to a better job.Why should he feel remorse for following a judges ruling and giving a couple of his former players the oppertunity to make NIL money and helping them continue playing football. You people are sick intellectually corrupt MFs.

What is the point of this?
To keep former NFL players from returning to play in college.
They should go ahead and add the BIg 10, ACC, and Big 12 to their lawsuit since they have the same rule.
