Nah but he is damn good, think the wheels fall off Ole Miss mid season which will kill it for him.

No. Very seldom has a winner played for a team with more than a couple of losses and...well, you know.

Of course. I've seen bumper stickers around Mississippi that say so.

All B. S. aside, he's going to need to put up some serious numbers to be included in the conversation. He's capable.

3800 yds passing and greater than 500 yds rushing. less than 8 interceptions and a 140 or better QB rating

If he puts that up and Ole Miss loses 3 games or less, then he's probably in serous consideration.

He cannot however lose to a Memphis type team after beating a big name team

How often does the preseason favorite win? Or even one of the preseason Top 3?

What has LF done to deserve the Heisman? He will have a 2 game losing streak to Ole Miss

Que? I'm pretty sure no one has done anything as the season hasn't started yet.

Chad Kelly had a fantastic season in 2015.

If he does a repeat in 2016, I still think Ole Miss would have to win the SEC for him to win the Heisman.

Not in a billion years. Once a millennium trash wins it and Manziel took that spot.

Didn't the SEC coaches vote Josh Dobbs as the best QB? So how could Machine Gun be in the conversation?

I could not dream of a better scenario than Chad Kelly winning the Heisman and then rapping his acceptance speech.
