Buying tickets outside Tiger Stadium

Posted by Slappy on 9/22/23 at 10:00 am
Haven't been to a game in a while. I understand that all football tickets are now electronic. Is there still an active buy/sell ticket marketplace outside of the stadium prior to kick? What about club level seats, are they electronic also? Thanks.

Bonaventure game replay?

Missed the second half. Anyone?

Bringing a cowbell to Starkville

I was given a purple and gold cowbell. What will happen if I take it into the stadium at MSU Saturday and “ring responsibly,” but at the opposite time of State fans?
Chancery has jurisdiction over family law matters and issues over real property, and "matters of equity." A chancellor presides, and there is no jury.

Silver Lining

At least we shouldn’t need to worry about some blue blood basketball school with a vacancy poaching our coach for awhile.

Bud's Broiler in Tiger Stadium?

Posted by Slappy on 10/9/17 at 11:13 am
When leaving the home side stands after the Syracuse game, I noticed 3-4 people all wearing Bud's Broiler t-shirts coming down the ramps. Is there a BB concession now? Please yes.

Oyster Po-boys in the Florida Parishes

Guy's Oyster Bar in Amite does a solid job. Others?
Lucky for me, my vasectomy coincided with nursing student training day at the urologist. Four young, female nursing students took it all in. The urologist did ask for my permission, but when you've had your nuts shaved and your johnson taped to your belly, adding a few observers doesn't matter much.

The worst parts:

The shot of anesthesia to kick things off. In the nuts. It was AWFUL; definitely the worst part of the whole experience.

After the cut, they cauterize the two loose ends. It produces smoke, and a disagreeable smell, of your body burning.

I knew there would need to be a "test" after healing was finished to ensure that the swimmers were absent, but I was under the impression that I'd be invited to perform at some idyllic spank bank at the doctor's office. Lounge chairs, lamp lighting, Toto on the stereo, selections in print and video. No such luck. They gave me a vial to fill at home, which I then needed to hand to the woman at the check-in desk at the doctor's office. "Here ya go." Very disappointing.

I had it done on a Friday morning. Didn't feel too bad but followed post-op instructions to a tee anyway. Alternated bags of frozen peas. No problems. A buddy of mine had his done the same day (different doctor), felt great, and went out and played 18 holes on Saturday. That poor fricker hobbled around for weeks!

re: FJ Cruiser

'13 Trail Teams owner here. Bought mine when it was a year old with 20K miles on it. It's damn near indestructible. It's my daily driver around town, and I take it off road also. A simple vehicle that stays out of the shop. My daughter has a Jeep Wrangler, and the FJ's ride is MUCH smoother. Since they stopped importing them a few years ago, the FJ has increasing appeal given its relative unavailability. I believe they're still made in Japan, but only right-hand drive and only for the Australian and Middle Eastern markets.

OK, the cons. Gas mileage. Two blind spots. Satellite radio reception when driving east. Access to back seat via suicide doors.

I plan on keeping mine for many years.

fast becoming the South's best basketball school

Oh come on.

As an LSU fan, I have little to crow about where basketball is concerned, but get real.

Another outrageous statement by another irrationally exuberant Ole Miss fan.
