I know dogs like to beg but please go away. Here's a scrap. Congrats on 3-1 baseball, the split in basketbal, your women's sports, and as the large round of applause from OM fans at the tourney suggested, a tip of the hat to the legendary Ron Polk.

But but, you left out or second national title in disc golf in 4 years.

But they don't have real military ties. They're sort of like a 4 yr old playing with GI Joe's

Went to basic at Benning with a couple cadets enrolled at Aggie and they were pretty cool. Both made Captain pretty quick and are doing well. I hope they are the norm and not the exception of Aggy, ROTC wise at least.

Like a good tailgate after party, sore losers like the triggered LSU fan and THE weirdo everyone avoids is not good company. Notice your own respective fans have moved on to other conversations, and so shall I. Bye.

Yes, I hate the sheep humping sister banger taterhead program.

They lie, they cheat, they do everything wrong in terms of ethics and morals as an athletic program. Their HC is a fricking Bible-thumping hypocritical fig.

Their fans are perpetually little brother, tiny peen over-compensating backwoods uneducated beastiality practicing possum eatin' fricks ... except for one or two I've met in my life.

I can find no way in my heart to respect them, as a whole, given the transgressions they have perpetrated against good people, innocent animals and the NCAA Rule Book over the course of their existence.

I often think that, if by some chance of fate, a small asteroid was to strike taterville ... what a grand round deep lake it would make once it filled-in with water. And no one would miss a damn thing that has ever come outta there except Shawn Weatherly and maybe Nancy Humphries ... but since neither of them live there now they would be safe and, for that, I would be grateful.

I’m guessing they did the SMP program until they commissioned.

Well said.
The whole cult is weird as hell.
The academics are fine there but the whole good old boy network in athletics is corrupt.

The Alabama State Legislature forced Alabama to play Auburn, or Auburn would have ended up in division 2.

Auburn fans think Alabama is always thinking about them (read some of the previous posts) like saying Alabama hired Coach Bryant because of Auburn's 1957 NC ( - That would be due to Whitowrth) or Coach Saban due to Alabama losing to Auburn because Alabama was on probation (actually, Alabama hired Coach Saban because he could win, and win big)

Tennessee- used to, until Fulmer tried, and failed BIG time to stop Alabama (this is actually closer to the reason why Alabama hired Coach Saban.)

MSU- yes, they are in the middle of nowhere, and yet they occasionally have decent teams

Ole Miss- sort of, I lived in Jackson, Ms. for four years. Ole Miss fans, if they are realistic, are pretty good folk, however for the bad ones, it is not the 1950's anymore.

LSU- yes, they have great food, and yet their players are not all over 400 pounds. Besides I have family that played for LSU

Arkansas- yes, same sort of reason I Like MSU

Texas AM- yes, due to several connections between the programs

In the east (besides UT), I have UF in-laws, so I have gone to a couple of games (they stopped taking me though, every time they took me UF lost.)

By the way, having sidewalk fans means that your team is something special, and people want to be associated with it.

Another thing that will endear u to the hypocritical aubie fan base.

They will jump up and shout u shouldn't have won the upi title in 73 because Bama didn't win its bowl game.
Yet, YET, aubie proudly marches around with a 1957 national championship and didn't even PLAY a bowl game. They were, of course, on probation and ineligible to get shite stomped by Ohio state who won the upi. The championships were awarded after the regular season, just like the upi in 1973 but theirs should count and ours shouldn't. They also say we shouldn't count shared titles, oh really? They split with Ohio state in 57. Yes, they didn't play a bowl and Ohio state did. And Ohio state was the upi champ but, that's ok to them but they will be the first to criticize others for a system that existed when THEY benefited from it with a sanctioned team that should have not even been eligible for a title.

THAT is the epitome of hypocritical. THAT is auburn university.

They’re clearly doing something right.

frick their fans, but can’t argue with the results their teams have put on the field recently.

If we moved to the East the Iron Bowl would still be played. Last time I checked Ole Miss has Bama every year, so if Bama weren't on our schedule how would we be Ole Miss?

I'd be stupid not to respect what Bama has done, doesn't mean I like it. I respect the alum I know from Bama, don't respect the morons that cheer for them, base their self worth on Bama, etc.

I do respect UGA program and fans in the end. I live in Atlanta and the fans I know I get along with and respect. Seems to be more hate between Auburn and UGA on this board than in "real life" to me

I don't know what makes Ole Miss fans more delusional, thinking they are LSU's rival or thinking they are better than State and our fans.

It’s getting hard for me to consider Auburn and Tech rivals due to our ownership of them.

Florida, yes. Each year if every starter on Florida was stricken with Salmonella poisoning on the Friday before the game, I would still be worried about that game. They are a sleeping giant, too, with the talent base in that state.
