No - not to the games. My daughter brought hers to our tailgate two weeks ago, but she (a student) did not draw tickets for that game, so she headed home with the dog before kickoff. I will say he (the dog) was quite thrilled and happy to be there. He was pretty much the center of attention.

I am with you but it isnt necessarily dog people its just stupid people that happen to have a dog. Its dog owners who are oblivious, irresponsible, and selfish and it happens everywhere.

Thankfully I am older now and dont have many 20 - 30 year olds I interact with but when I was younger it always bugged me the "dog people" that would bring their dog everywhere and let them run amok, hitting, growling, even biting people and they just laugh it off.

We used to tailgate with a lady at UK games who had one of those small pigs, she brought it to games. Never cooked it though.

And sit in the upper deck for 2:30 games wearing an outfit on a hot sunny day? This dumbass did at Bryant Denny for the Vandy game. That dog was miserable. I'm starting to hate "dog people".

That is idiotic. What kind of person would bring a dog to a football game?

Everyone knows, football games are where you take your pet squirrel.

I prefer seeing this over the idiots that bring a dog into the grocery store. It's one thing if it's a service animal (not a support animal), but you see normal damned dogs in the grocery store.

Yet would you say this is a service dog?
Or any different than those at stores which you say are a “no”?

Free unlimited food, no bathroom lines, no traffic, & no taking forever to get home.

If an away game - free travel.

I'm usually one of the first people to break out "old man yells at cloud" meme but what this girl did was genuinely pretty bad. Dogs don't want to be around 100,000 yelling humans and booming music. Dogs don't need to be outside in a concrete structure with no grass in intense heat and humidity.

Pets aren't fashion accessories. They rely on us to care for them, and we need to live up to that responsibility.

Calm down Sarah, the dog isn't being abused. They've been bringing dogs and other animals to games for years, they are called mascots.

The real reason you don't bring a dog to the game is you gotta spend all your time fricking with the dog instead of watching the game.

I'm old enough to remember a time when people didn't bring dogs everywhere.

Back when people were emotionally stable and didn't need fake support animals.

Animals dont belong in the stands at a football stadium.

People have no manners any more.
