Matt Patchan stuff is insignificant.

Agreed.
But what's the worse case if things get spun against UF somehow.
Coach hill will get, at least, a one year suspension.
Vacated wins in the games the players were involved?
Debose only played last season, no huge loss.
Patchan was a member of our 2008 NC team and played 11 games. He didn't, however, play the last 3. (FSU, SECCG, BCSCG)
Would UF lose the SECC and BCSC if the first 11 are vacated?

The difference is Cam didn't know and his family never got any money.
Bryce Brown didn't know but his family did receive money.

I thought this was an LSU board. What Gump is paying the bills?
So many threads deleted bringing up Stoutland and Pannunzio. Nothing to see. They were hired directly from Miami this year.
Stoutland was the recruiter for Cyrus Kuoandjio. Not suspicious at all...

I just don't see that as a possibility. Had they gone on to play for da U then of course, but they chose not to go there so I don't see how this can get linked to UF.
Now coach Hill's case is a different matter entirely. This one is tricky. Do they let him go based only on these accusations? Then how to do we look if he is innocent?
If we keep him until something is either proven or not then the whole time UF will be seen as the program that turned a blind eye to what Hill may have done.
With that being said I hope the U gets the death penalty and us and FSU can split the recruits!

What?
Replace "Da U" with "MSU" then replace "UF" with "Auburn".....Auburn fans were ridiculed for that kinda thinking

The repetitive "gotcha" crap ruins the board and gets deleted.

Gotcha. Well, I'm not sure how it all works, but I sure hope we don't get in trouble. I guess we'll see .

This. If any player receives improper benefits their eligibility can be in question. UG, UF, LSU, UM the school where the athlete signs doesn't matter.
I guess this does not include CAM....

Well, hopefully Debose, and Patchan were just introduced to the guy, if anything, and shown a good time and just left thinking, "well, I guess that's how recruiting is done at Miami."
And they were just the ones named by name, no telling how many recruits crossed paths with this guy.
I am more worried about coach Hill than them to be honest.

That sounds plausible.... Not really
Just don't worry too much till action is taken against the two players.

Official statement from UGA's A.D....
quote:
"Georgia is aware of the article mentioning Orson Charles and has been in communication with the NCAA. There are no issues with UGA or eligibility issues with Orson Charles. UGA will have no further comment regarding this matter"

will Saban get rid of the dirty coaches on his staff or will he stall to save any chance of a good season?

from this article:
LINK
According to the stories, Hill accompanied Debose and high school teammates Ray-Ray Armstrong and Dyron Dye to Shapiro's $6 million mansion. After giving the players a tour of the house, Shapiro said he took them for a ride in his $200,000 Mercedes S65.
Suppose he took them for a ride in a rented $17,000 Ford Taurus, would that make a difference?
