Dilemma when Texas Oklahoma come aboard SEC

I’ve seen both (Texas and Tennessee)called-referred to as UT.

Seems this will now be somewhat confusing when both in same conference. Have they decided who keeps the UT? And maybe the other goes by TU?

texas is called t-sip, not UT.

Well, if 3-4 letter designations must be used, we could use:

UTe and UTw
Tenn and Tex
Vols and ???
