At MSU, we win 8 games and get rid of both the Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator. Ole Miss goes 6-6 and think their coaching staff is the best thing since sliced bread. I guess they are content with mediocrity as long as they win the party. SMH

Does this Ole Miss State thing ever get old...

Any one that watches College football to a key, and keeps up with behind the scenes clearly see Ole Miss is on the rise.

Ended the season stronger sold more bowl tickets. Has a young roster and don't graduate too many. Loses no one on the staff. Is coming into the best class Ole Miss has ever had with some superstar studs.

This is why they are in freak out mode. Their only goal is to be better than us. If we start to pass them they have to change things up.

The goal is to win the west. That includes beating Ole Miss.

If not, we want to win whatever boal game to end the year. Hopefully we beat our rival and win our bowl, but if I could only have 1, I'd take a bowl victory.

If this is the case, why do y'all keep giving Mullen extensions? He has never finished in the top half of the west in 4 years. Literally all he has done is beat OM 3 straight times.

Then what do you call all these changes I was referring too? It's because you realized we have started to pass you.

I have no idea what you are referring to, but you are the one who is quoted with admitting OM hasn't passed MSU.

Fitting that a grinder posted this. Didn't Ole Miss beat you down this year? I don't really remember or care--who does?--but I recall it that way.

I don't care what the record says. We saw both teams up close and from the eye test, Ole Miss is on the way up, State is on the way down.

Then there's that bowl attendance, bowl winning thing.

I'm prepared to put them with their current configuration as #4 in the SEC West.

Changes had little to do with Ole Miss. They were because we weren't even competitive in our bigger games and our defense was not very good most of the year and our play calling on offense has been horrendous the past 2 years.

Getting rid of Wilson could actually help OM on the recruiting battle...I don't think it will but it is possible. We just needed to make a change to keep from going downhill, not because OM is catching up or passing us.
