Not bad, better than I could do.

If you are not on your game, any of these teams can beat any of these teams.

Well, I'd probably put Bama higher due to the much tougher SOS. Not sure HOW much higher, but for example:

Alabama has played 7 Q1+Q2 games, going 4-2
Kentucky has played 3, going 2-1.

Tennessee has played 2, going 2-0
Florida has played 2 (both Q2), going 2-0

I'm not saying for certain that Alabama is "better", but there's a better sample size of knowing how good Alabama is while the others (Florida especially) are much harder to ascertain.

I definitely feel there's a huge cluster of REALLY good teams in the top 5, just some need some opportunities to prove they are really good and aren't just looking good against a weaker schedule.

I agree Auburn belongs at the top at the moment. They're 4-1 against that same grouping, and all 5 games were Q1.

Wait ... so you’re saying ranking SC at 16, dead last, was easy?

Yes

That's kinda passive aggressive diddy. Downvote incoming.

Maybe, but you’re also the only team to lose to North Florida

The Ospreys?

Yeah, first game, last second buzzer beater.

They're actually pretty good. They beat CofC three days later then they beat Ga Tech three days after that and they gave UGA all they could handle two days after that. The final was not indicative of the closeness of that game.

Okay, anyways ... it doesn't really matter. March matters.

I'm biased, but at the moment, my assumption is that most SEC folks think Auburn has a pretty good grip on the #1 spot for a ranking like this. I think Tennessee is good of course and I don't really argue with them being #1 in the AP for the moment given the record.

I assume most of your downvotes are from Bama fans though.

43-31 UGA at half

83-63 UGA with 3 minutes left

No real reason why there should be. I'd probably have us above Florida, but we're basically even in KP/Torvik, so reasonable.

Mike White, that's about right. Maybe a little too high.

If it makes you feel better I upvoted.

And I think your downvotes are for having Florida above Bama. Gumps are sensitive after that whole playoff thing.

Porter has him a great true freshman. I still need to see Porter win in conference, but this team is better than last years and they were first team out for playoff selection. Fears will be a one and done player he’s that good.

I assume the downvotes are from fans of teams with big OOC wins who have not paid much attention to the rest of the SEC and see their teams in the bottom half.

Lunardi has the SEC with 12 teams in and 3 more teams on the bubble.

1. I would still have Auburn over Tenner - better wins

2. Georgia too high, would put them around 11-12

3. Vandy too high
