He’s the coach that builds his offensive “genius” by dropping 50 on garbage teams then forever being held to 28 or less (far less) against real defenses.

Explain how he's taking a jab at Oxford.
For context, he's talking about A&M coming to LSU this weekend for a night game, and the advantages of home night games and why they're tougher on opponents.
He says, and I'm obviously paraphrasing here:
