Did LSU just have the most embarrassing 8 win season?

For some teams like Arkansas, Tennessee and Ole Miss, 8 wins seems to be the dream destination for a college football season. For LSU however, this 8 win season included being railroaded by Miss St at home, Auburn on the road, shut out by Arkansas, 3rd and Chavis'd by Bama.
Even your lone quality win like Wisconsin has an asterisk due to Melvin Gordon not continuing to bend over your defense in the second half.
Do LSU fans understand just how embarrassing this season was?

embarrassed about the best team Ole Miss has had in years will have same record as rebuilding LSU team. Makes thread asking if LSU fans are embarrassed.
To answer your question, NO. Most fans thought we would lose 3-4 games this year. Much different team at the end of the year than the beginning and I'm proud of the Bengal Tigers for not giving up in the season. Looking forward to next year!

I guess beating Ole Piss doesn't count as a quality win. 
I think Ole Piss should go to the Peach Bowl. They deserve to play in Atlanta at least once and this is the only way they can do it.

Still better than the 10 in a reaux Ole Miss lost to Bama from 2004 to 2013.

Idk its hard to tell. Many of them claim 2008 was because of Pick-6 Lee and Florida, Georgia, and Ole Miss running up and down their asses and 'Bama with JPW at QB beating them in Death Valley and a 5-7 Arkansas team beating them. Of course no one can forget the abortion of a team that this years LSU team is that was surrounded by pre-season hype over an overrated RB coming out of high school and a dismal offensive line.
Lets let them choose, but after they finish bitching about the refs, 17-0, 20-13, scheduling, REC, etc..
