Did Lane Kiffin just give up? Is he done? Just counting his money at this point?

Is Lane The New Jimbo?

5 losses in the last 6 games for the 2022 season (the lone win being over a cupcake)

Three years at Ole Miss, and his three-year record at Florida Atlantic was actually better than at Ole Miss.

Certainly counting his money. Certainly not winning.

HS and portal recruiting have been lacking for ole Lane Kiffin this cycle.

The real question is, will Jaxson Dart transfer if Spencer Sanders goes there?

I’m not sure Spencer Sanders is an upgrade over Dart.

I tend to agree.

Spencer Sanders is also rumored to be very, very expensive given what you would actually get on the field.

Dart will battle for all league honors next year. Spencer would be a security blanket. Also, our class is 23 in combined hs/transfer ranking. And we haven’t even gotten started yet.

Harry, as Pruitt's lawyer, can you give us a status on his case, and if/when we might expect to see him in Tuscaloosa?

Damn, if Lane is doing badly then Pittman must really be fricking up since Arkansas finished behind Ole Miss in the SEC standings for the 3rd straight year!!!

Kiffin and Petrino are birds of a feather. Both can be pretty damn coaches when they put effort into it, but they are always looking for the next opportunity and will jump at the first sign.

Final SEC standings > one game.

Why has Pittman been unable to finish ahead of Lane in the SEC?

Wow, you’re right, now that I think about it Lane does kind of suck and Pittman can’t even finish ahead of him. Damn, tough scene

This is a good comparison since the opposition in Conference USA and SEC West is virtually identical. He's 2-1 vs. State and about to be 3-1.

I think that was OPs point. Most of the country have filled up their classes and Kiffin and Jimbo haven't even started yet. For both of our sakes, I'm hoping a bunch of studs hit the portal after Spring ball. Otherwise we are screwed.

Yes. You know as well as I do he will be. Even if you can’t stomach admitting it. All SEC quarterback will be one of a Daniels, Dart or Milton.

We have the difficult task of getting portal guys to come fill out the two/three deep. We need to be careful with those evaluations. Y’all are probably in the same boat. The post spring portal will be hopping and we will have plenty of spots for offers. Our most dire need is backup qb.
