They beat shirtwhornes twice,,,,,,,but both times it was a game where texass looked good to start then played with their food long enough for ga to get back in the game and win….. it seemed more like 2 texasss choke jobs than anything else….

Yes, but Georgia was still overrated.
The fact is, there are never more than 4 or 5 teams that can realistically win the championship in a given year. Georgia was not one of them this year. They MIGHT could have won that game with their starting QB but it wouldn’t have been by much.
