Colin Sexton and the 50k+ he received say hi Gumps. Don’t think that is gone yet.
Also, UK calling people cheats is laughable.
You realize your coach got 2 final fours vacated from 2 different schools (UMass and Memphis). You don’t teach an old dogs new trick fellas
Plenty of stories out abou him paying AD 200k to come to UK. I’m dorsnt get players bc they are UK. They just pay a lot.
But not as much as Duke for Zion (Kansas didn’t offer enough)

Cal didn’t “get” anything vacated. He was never implicated in any wrongdoing in either situation. In fact, the NCAA said he was extremely helpful in its investigations.
Additionally, there was a single story that made any claim concerning Davis, the Chicago Sun Times. Other outlets merely reacted to that story with some calling it irresponsible of the Sun Times.

Dick Vitale is a hyperbolic, cliche riddled, windbag with a tiresome schtick.
He is not the Pope of NCAA hoops. He knows damn good and well that intermediaries broker deals for college basketball players with major programs and the system is a cesspool.
I am not using the "everybody does it" defense for Wade, just the bogus righteous indignation and hypocrisy of those throwing stones.

My opinion of Dick has not changed since the first time I heard him. I have always thought he has the most annoying voice in all of sports. I'd almost rather LSU suck at basketball than have to listen to that mush mouth call the game.

It was pretty obvious something was going on at LSU. When a doormat turns into powerhouse overnight you realize something has changed dramatically. In this case we know exactly what changed.
