All Pros do absolutely matter a lot. Every RB in the HOF has at least one All Pro selection. Fournette doesn’t even have the watered down contest that is the pro bowl.

You want to talk about recent? When is the last time Fournette broke an NFL record? Or made a Pro Bowl or All Pro team? Or won NFL Offensive Player of the Year?
By your logic Malcolm Smith is one of the greatest LBs in NFL history. Why? Because he won SB MVP. Doesn’t matter he hasn’t done anything outside that game.
Truth is plenty of guys light it up in one playoff run every season only to be forgotten about afterwards because they do nothing else noteworthy. People remember Barry Sanders despite his lack of post season success. They don’t know who the hell Timmy Smith or Natrone Means are.
