And neither do Ole Miss fans. Only State fans claiming that they do for some unknown reason. Literally never heard this until some State fans posted it on this board.

Harvard is the Ole Miss of the North.

Never understood why a Bush-appointee federal judege ruled 16 ACT for all Mississippi universities.

Something to do with the hbcu's in the state and creating equality or some shite. It's stupid and it's hurting both the universities and the state as a whole.

Agree on the rationale.

Didn't Pork Chop make a 6 on the ACT? Deontay? Walker, the number 2 RB in the country from Clinton, did a bit better. I read he got his degree about 2 years ago.

We had Jerrell Powe, who is going back to Ole Miss in the spring to finish his degree. Took him about 3 years to qualify for Ole Miss.

If Anderson were any good, Michigan would’ve made it work.

Well this is a total lie. Your colors are literally Yale navy blue and Harvard cardinal red.

The school's colors are red (PMS 186) and navy blue (PMS 2767), purposely chosen to mirror the school colors of Harvard and Yale, respectively.

Not sure I would be casting stones seeing how we have the same Mississippi requirements.

e got kicked out of Georgia for multiple drug offenses. Also, Mississippi schools attempting to mock Georgia over academics is pathetic.

My point still stands. As a practicing pothead, Chauncey Rivers was a full qualifier at UGA and started 4 games for the Bulldogs yet he had to go JUCO to qualify at State. Care to explain how he played for y’all but had to take additional classes to qualify for us.

Didn’t he only have to stay in juco for one semester? I don’t think he went to juco to qualify.

Because he had left school in the middle of a semester, then failed to do what he needed to at juco. You do understand that leaving school involves either wf or f grades, right?

So because our colors are red and blue that means we dub ourselves the Harvard of the south? You're reaching on this one. You so bad want to believe all of the Ole Miss superiority complex stuff it's kind of sad

The reason he didn’t start this last year was because everyone's Favorite academic counselor at EMcC couldn’t cram enough course work in him. It was a pretty big stink. That means he didn’t have shite at Georgia.

He did sit out a season because of the transfer but he was supposed to be ready for the team at the start of the 2017 season. It was my understanding that he lacked qualifying entrance credits for any university. He should have never played a down at Georgia but there he was.

Checkity check yourself before you rickity wreck yourself fact check. (Btw, RickityRelfYourself might have been a sweet Gen X state poster handle at one time):
1. Yes we did print the shirts with "Harvard of the South" on it. I've seen them many times in the 80's and 90's mostly.

2. Yes our official colors are Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue. Remember this was pre civil war when we were one of the most wealthy states. Don't throw stones SEC, we were all terrible slavers. We were middle star of the St. Andrew's Cross which is pretty bad depending on if you are (on this day) bashing us for being a bunch of racists, but pretty progressive and commendable if you are bashing us for being a bunch of snowflake liberals. The founders named Oxford after Oxford, England and in keeping with that tradition we are second in the SEC in Rhodes Scholars. So maybe we should be Cambridge of the South??? I keed. I keed. Vandy is first and they are more northern than Zou.

3. Lagniappe: I watched the egg bowl again this week and I do believe Fitz was flipping off his backup QB and not OM fans/team. You can clearly see they have an exchange and Fitz flips, sorry "flicks", off his teammate in a response to something his bro said. I hope he recovers with god speed but he should be known from here on out as "Flick Flicksgerald".

4. Egg Bowl trophy is in Oxford. Eat it Dawgs.
