It’s preventing a player mutiny
He’s losing control of the locker room which is far worse then anything on the field

His players don't respect him. They just do whatever they want during the week with no recourse. The inmates run the asylum.
Also Milroe sucks. He made a big mistake not addressing QB in the off-season via the portal.

Glad to know you guys have inside knowledge of the program and are worried about them this morning

I think it's QB. He needs a thrower for his system. Milroe is not an accurate thrower

We recognize the decline

I’m not disputing this, but where are you getting this info from?
Coach O lost the team after 19, but there were a lot of local reports along with word of mouth.

I was thinking the same.

I know Ryan Williams is good and all but is he 20 targets in one game good?
I dont think so.

Nick Saban did not have a wonderful first year at Bama. Bama does not have the same level of talent that it enjoyed for such a long time, and yes, I am sure that DeBoer is having to adjust to the new environment. It is too early to make a call on the program's future. If he can recruit on the level that Saban was able to achieve, he will do well. If not, a change will be made. I

The issue is Milroe and it’s more than just his play

Did the loss to Vanderbilt give it away?

He set up cameras in the locker room so he could watch the players shower. He just stumbled into the whole mutiny thing by accident during his voyeurism.

You must be getting him confused with grinding Brian

Brian does it to keep close tabs on the players to make sure there isn’t a mutiny. The voyeurism is an ancillary benefit for him.

They’re simply commenting on what everyone sees on the field from this Alabama team. We’re all seeing behavior from Alabama players that was unthinkable when Saban was the HC. I know you’re seeing it like the rest of us.

Players throwing tantrums on the field
Faking injuries
Boneheaded mistakes everywhere
It really is a strange look for Bama

OP has a point. We have a division in the players. They want to pick who the QB will be and act like children if they don't get their way. Milroe and a few other divisive players need to leave. Deboer might as well cut ties with some of them now and start preparing for next season. ANd I don't give a damn who the player think "win the locker room". The coaches pick the team , not the players. If they don't want to support the TEAM, they can walk.

The behavior is the same as last year.. Obviously the on field results are different. Somehow that makes a world of difference for people's perception
