Keeping tabs? Hell, there's a seat in the booth with his name still on it... as an 'analyst' of course.

Well we know what happened the last time an Alabama coach high tailed it after 2 years. The next one got caught at a strip club on Alabama's dime.

Why are we still pining away for Pruitt when Womack is the only thing keeping this team from be a total shitshow?

It is weird that a fan of a team without a coach is talking trash about another team’s coach.

Owning a form of LSU that was fireable isnt much of a diss. Especially when the sample size is 1

This is the norm for LSU fans.

Really? That surprises me. I think one problem we will start seeing is with all the money being thrown at coaches, coaches won't hesitate to leave (Or retire) if they aren't 100% happy. I mean if you are making $11 million a year how many years do you need to work before you can live extremely comfortably for the rest of your life?

Especially when you factor in unreasonable demands made by fans and boosters, then NIL, the transfer portal, etc.

Used to be that guys who made it to this level of competition were so obsessed with winning that money wouldn’t impact anything. But maybe the numbers are getting so high and the comforts of society so cathartic that competitors don’t have that drive anymore.

It’s much worse than that. It’s central PA. Nothing of value in that desolate wasteland

I would not trade DeBoer for Kiffin...not even close.

Outside of his issues with OU, his record has been outstanding in the SEC.

The Saban's of this world are few and far between. You will always have a couple of guys who are motivated by competition and success, but many more will be there to make the money, then leave.

NIL, the transfer portal, recruiting new players and even recruiting players that are currently on your roster takes a toll. Coaches don't have any down time anymore. Either coaches will begin to make money then bail, or they will find a way to get staff members to break up the responsibilities more than they already have.
