It’s a fake story, there’s no way people were screaming the N word for 2 hours right in front of the basketball team and nobody noticed it happening. Anyone with a brain knows why BYU is being attacked.

Sounds like she just wanted out of that matchup. BYU banned the fan which is what you'd expect them to do but no team or university can control its fans 100 percent of the time. People come in and bring their bad behavior. As long as it's not a recurring issue and the university deals with it when it happens (and from what I read they banned the fan) there's not much else to do.
