I think Georgia is in Alabama territory where they just reload with a bunch of 5 stars and keep trucking.

I don’t think they should be too worried.

Vomiteers are upset they're gonna be throwin' more mustard bottles this year.

Vomiteers are also obsessed with UGA.

Explain a ranking system that has Tennessee in the top 10? I can't explain it. It doesn't make any sense to me, either.

Receiver?

AD, Ladd, Blaylock, Kearis are a proven group. Not to mention 3 crazy talented TEs to help share the workload

We do have a few questionmarks at LB.
But we also return Nolan Smith and Robert Beal. We have experience and talent on the edge.

On the interior, we have a lot of talent. And we did get mopup reps last season. But we (as fans) are still figuring out if we have Roquan Smith, Quay Walker, Channing Tindall, Tae Crowder, Nakobe Dean, Natrez Patrick, or Monty Rice for the upcoming 2022 season.
Every inside linebacker who has started a game for Kirby (Glenn Shumann) is currently active on an NFL roster.

Neyland,

The playoff is a coordinated schedule of games to determine the national champion for that particular year.

The top four teams, as designated by an expert panel of former football coaches, AD's, players, and intellects, play to determine said championship.

This playoff occurs after most bowl games such as the Music City or Liberty.

AL has earned the benefit of the doubt, and OSU should be stout. No issue with #3.

You might want to explain the term "national champion" to him. He's probably not familiar.

Tennessee only wishes they were #3. I think somewhere in the top 5 is about right for Georgia.

People tend to forget we return:
Robert Beal
Nolan Smith
Kelle Ringo
Jalen Carter
Chris Smith
All started on our defense last year. Will it take a step back? Yes. But it won't be some huge collapse like some are hoping for.

No need. It's a preseason ranking.

It's not where you start, but where you finish.

You look at what they lost and it makes sense.

I mean, I could see us at #4 or #5. I think we go through the season at worse 11-1 and then get wiped out by Alabama in the SECCG. IF we manage to go undefeated before Alabama beats us in the SECCG we have an outside chance of still making the playoffs.

I can live with that.

So they just won a national title, had like 70 guys drafted and are "only" ranked #3 in preseason advanced metrics? The horror!

Surely they'd change places with, checks notes, Tennessee.

Good catch mutt. Vols are gaining ground quickly while UGA is dropping.

Calling it now....the most overrated unit on any SEC team this year will be that UGA secondary.

Bold call as UGA has about six 5 star defensive backs, and 2 SEC HC on staff that specialize in the secondary. They return 3 of their 5 DB’s from last years NC team. Most GA fans are a lot more worried about our LB corp.

Can’t think of one uglier... it’s matched though by the dump that is their stadium.

A bad Kirby season is better than an season the vols have had since 2001.
